I understand that it can be extremely difficult to open up to a new therapist. As such, my first priority is to create a safe therapeutic relationship where you can feel comfortable, connected, and supported. I am warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental in my work and I check in with you frequently regarding your goals and how you are feeling in our work together.   I am committed to an anti-oppression approach and I will never pathologize you or treat you as a “disorder” or a symptom.  You are a whole and unique person who deserves to be seen and treated as such.

I am here for you to help you to build your confidence in yourself with concrete and evidence-informed approaches to help you to feel better in your life in between our sessions and beyond.
