I understand that it can be extremely difficult to open up to a new therapist. As such, my first priority is to create a safe therapeutic relationship where you can feel comfortable, connected, and supported. I am warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental in my work and I check in with you frequently regarding your goals and how you are feeling in our work together. I am committed to an anti-oppression approach and I will never pathologize you or treat you as a “disorder” or a symptom. You are a whole and unique person who deserves to be seen and treated as such.

Thrive with Kali Therapy provides virtual talk therapy and holistic therapy to individuals throughout Ontario. Sessions are available through secure and PHIPA compliant video platform on Jane App or by phone.
I intuitively blend a wide range of talk therapy modalities and approaches according to the needs of each person. I believe in the importance of customized care and I will work with you using approaches that feel best for you.
Some of my clients benefit from simply having someone safe, gentle and non-judgemental to support them through their pain, stress, or anxiety. Others enjoy having structured sessions and gaining practical support and useable tools for their daily life-or a combination of both structure and compassionate support. There is no wrong way to be in our sessions together and I am committed to using strategies that support you as a unique person. I also work collaboratively and always check in with my clients when I offer new tools, directions, or strategies. You get to choose and I will adapt to respect your needs.
