Book your free 40-minute phone consultation for in-person therapy through Antidote Wellness Lab (2843 Dundas St. West, Toronto)
Online holistic therapy and energy healing services are available for residents of Ontario
In-person therapy is provided through Antidote Wellness Lab, located at 2843 Dundas St West in the vibrant Junction/Dundas West community in Toronto. Check out their website for more information on their wide range of holistic services and supports.
For virtual therapy with Thrive with Kali: Payment for virtual sessions can be made through e-transfer or through Jane App’s secure online credit card payments. You will be issued an invoice at the end of each session and receive a receipt to submit to your insurance company or keep for tax purposes (for those not claimed for benefits).
For in-person therapy with Kali Marsh at Antidote Wellness Lab: Antidote Wellness Lab also uses Jane App for booking and changing appointments as well as for payment. They have direct billing for many major insurance companies or they will charge your credit card on file after your session.
You do not have to make a concrete decision about which type of therapy you want to engage in. Kali lists talk therapy as a separate service because some individuals want exclusively talk therapy and this lets them know that their choice will be respected.
Many of Kali’s clients move between sessions that are exclusively talk therapy and a more holistic approach on other days according to their goals and how they are feeling in the moment. Kali always checks in at the beginning of each session to see what approaches best suit your needs that day. You will always get to decide and Kali makes sure to give you information about any new strategy or technique so that you can make an informed decision about whether it is right for you.

Recent studies show that virtual or online therapy is just as effective as in-person therapy for most issues and can even be more effective in some circumstances. However, it is important to make an informed decision about whether virtual or in-person best suits your needs. Kali provides more information about this in her consent form and below.
Virtual psychotherapy has many benefits. These include:
Despite the many benefits of virtual psychotherapy, there are some risks as well. It is important for you to be aware of these limitations before pursuing virtual care. These include:
Please note that Kali has made all efforts possible to reduce the likelihood of data breaches or online privacy breaches. Kali uses Jane software technology for video sessions, which is PIPIDA and PHIPA compliant with the highest security features. However, there is always some degree of risk when using any technology.
Kali recommends that you use email only for scheduling and secure e-transfers to better ensure that your privacy is protected.
Yes. Kali understands that in-person clients may have times when it would be easier to meet online instead. Perhaps you are out of town, feeling ill, or simply too busy to travel to and from the clinic. In these cases you can always switch to virtual care instead when you need it.
Kali’s virtual clients may also want occasional in-person sessions as well. This is also welcome. Please talk to Kali about this option and she will help to set this up.
Please refer to the Reiki and Energy Healing page for more information on this service . Still have questions? Feel free to book a free phone consultation with Kali Marsh to learn more.
No. Although Kali is a registered psychotherapist, you cannot bill your insurance company for energy healing services and it is a separate service. Reiki and energy healing is not covered by insurance companies at this time.
Kali can, however, incorporate energy psychology and energy healing into holistic psychotherapy sessions for those who are interested in psychotherapy that also attends to your mind, body, and spirit. More information on Kali’s holistic psychotherapy services are available here.
